Clear answers

What you should know.

I am not sure which service I need. Where do I begin?

Describe the problem in your own words. We help identify the material, location, timing and documentation questions that matter. You do not need to know the service name before starting.

Will I speak with a person?

People review your request and make the service decisions. The assistant helps collect and organize information; it does not approve a vendor, promise a price or commit your program.

Can I send a resume or introduce my operation?

Use Join the Team for a professional introduction, or the vendor portal for operator capabilities and qualifications. Separate document introductions are available for human review.

What should I avoid sharing?

Only share documents you are authorized to provide. Leave out payment-card details, bank-account numbers, government identification and unnecessary personal records.

What insurance evidence should procurement request?

Request current evidence for the actual entities performing transport and processing, including applicable general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, cargo or transit and pollution coverage. Limits, exclusions, insured activities, territory and required endorsements must fit the job. A certificate of insurance is evidence, not the policy or an automatic guarantee of coverage. Ask our team to confirm the relevant documentation before release.

Are Anchor and all operators bonded?

Do not assume blanket bonding. If your contract requires a bond, identify the obligation, amount, obligee, surety, term and claim conditions. The required instrument and availability must be confirmed for that contract before work is authorized. A surety bond and liability insurance do not provide the same protection.
